New construction of apartment building
Nova Park is a modern residential development in Kongsberg, Norway, comprising 78 apartments. The project was built by Skanska Norge AS and demonstrates how well-designed construction solutions can contribute to efficient and modern residential construction.
In mid-2025, Granab delivered 6,000 m² of subfloor systems for the project. Granab’s adjustable floor system creates a service void beneath the finished floor, allowing building services to be installed efficiently while maintaining a lightweight floor construction.
By combining low weight with adjustable height, Granab offers a flexible solution that can help simplify installation and coordination throughout the construction process. The system is designed to meet the acoustic, functional and efficiency requirements of modern building projects.
At Granab, we are proud to have supplied our flooring solution for Nova Park and to have contributed to the development of 78 new apartments in Kongsberg.
