Kristineberg Kv 2
New construction of apartment building
In 2024, Granab had the privilege of supplying subfloor systems to three apartment buildings in Kristineberg Kv 2.
Granab has designed system 7000N12 for these buildings, which is a suitable system in combination with a concrete hollow core slab floor structure. For lighter floor structures, such as CLT floor structures, 25 mm Sylodyn damping elements are usually designed to meet sound requirements. In concrete structures, however, 12 mm Sylodyn is often sufficient.
Granab Subfloor system has enabled us to streamline our production time in projects. At the same time, we meet sound requirements, minimise the use of concrete – which reduces the climate impact of projects – and achieve a flexible solution where installations can be easily concealed under the floor.
