Brf Gourmet
New construction of apartment building – CLT
In 2024, Granab had the honour of supplying subfloor systems to Brf Gourmet in Stockholm. Materials were delivered to all apartments on floors 6-12. A total of 101 apartments.
They wanted Granab S-8000W25, which is a specially manufactured wooden beam that allows 25mm sylodyn as damping material. It is usually required 25mm sylodyn to meet the acoustic requirements when building a frame of CLT, cross-laminated timber.
Granab also enabled efficient routing of installations in the floor construction.
