Alba
During 2022-2023, Granab had the privilege of delivering subfloor systems to two of 2xA entreprenads projects, Alba & Rubigo.
In total, approx. 14,000m² of system S-7000N12 was delivered to these apartment blocks. This system is Granab’s standard system and is ideal for projects without extreme sound requirements, but which must still meet the acoustic requirements for apartment environments. In combination with concrete slabs, this is done with 12mm damping elements of sylodyn.
Alba is part of The Brick in Telefonplan and comprises 396 apartments.
Rubigo
Rubigo is located at Telefonplan in Stockholm and includes 70 apartments. This project used a prefabricated concrete frame and bathroom modules, which works well in combination with Granab. As the Granab system is height adjustable, the floor can easily be adjusted to the required building height to meet the same finished floor level as the bathroom modules.
