Sports Halls
Granabsubfloor systems in sports halls offer many advantages. Resilient flooring that creates a comfortable floor that can withstand high loads with good acoustic properties.

Commonly used systems in sports halls
Granab in other sports facilities
Granab has five unique sports floors that all fulfil all requirements and standards for sports floors. The unique construction of the sports floors means that they fulfil the load requirement C5 according to EN Eurocodes.

S-7000N25 – Sport (standard), natural frequency: 25 Hz
Granabs steel system S-7000N25 contains Granabs unique 25mm dampening element of sylodyn, which in combination with two overlying 22mm chipboards provides a natural frequency of 25 Hz. A commonly used construction for sports halls without extreme sound requirements.

S-8000W25 – Sport (wooden beam), natural frequency: 25 Hz
Granabs wooden beam system S-8000W25 contains Granabs unique 25mm dampening element of sylodyn, which in combination with two overlying 22mm chipboards provides a natural frequency of 25 Hz. A commonly used construction for sports halls without extreme sound requirements.

S-7000N ND25 – Sport, natural frequency: 17 Hz
Granabs steel system S-7000N ND25 contains Granabs unique dampening element ‘ND25’ which is softer than the standard element. In combination with two overlying 22mm chipboards with an intermediate plasterboard/Recoma provides a natural frequency of 17 Hz. A floor construction that can be used for sports floors with higher sound requirements than standard.

S-9000N NE50 – Sport, natural frequency: 14 Hz
Granabs steel system S-9000N NE50 enables the use of a 50mm dampening element of sylodyn. Granabs unique dampening element ‘NE’ is softer than both the standard element and ‘ND’. In combination with two overlying 22mm chipboards with intermediate sheets of steel plate provides a natural frequency of 14 Hz. A floor construction that can be used for sports floors with high sound requirements.

S-9000N ND50 – Sport, natural frequency: 10 Hz
Granabs steel system S-9000N ND50 enables the use of a 50mm dampening element of sylodyn. Granabs unique dampening element ‘ND’ is softer than the standard element and combined with two overlying 22mm floor chipboards with three intermediate plasterboards/Recoma provides a natural frequency of 10 Hz. A floor construction that can be used for sports floors with extremely high sound requirements.
Environmental certification
