New construction of retirement home – CLT

In 2024, Granab had the honour of supplying the subfloor system for the Tempelriddarordern retirement home. Due to the high sustainability ambitions of the project, Granab S-8000W25 was chosen, which is a commonly used system when you have a frame of CLT. A CLT floor often requires 25mm sylodyn as a damping element in the subfloor system to meet the acoustic requirements.
