Hasle Tre
New construction of an office – CLT
In early 2022, Granab had the honour of supplying materials to Hasle Tre in Oslo. On floors 2-4, they chose to use Granab S-8000W25 in all office spaces. This is because they endeavoured to have the entire construction in wood. They also wanted a demountable product, which made Granab an even more attractive product.
Halse Tre was awarded ‘Wooden Building of the Year 2022’ in Norway.

S-8000W25
An environmentally friendly option that is demountable and also meets acoustic requirements.
The sound reduction is, among other things, the combination of the weight of the board materials, the Granab system and the slab.
Cross-laminated timber as a frame material has become an increasingly common solution and works well in combination with Granab.
In combination with CLT framing, 25mm damping elements of Sylodyn are often required to fulfil the acoustic requirements.
The Granab system can be easily dismantled and reused in other projects thanks to the mounting screws.
