Smiehagen
New construction of apartment building

At the end of 2024, we delivered 3,050 m² of subfloor systems to the Smiehagen apartment building in Mjørndalen, Norway. The building is Breeam Good certified.
We supplied our 7000N12 system to the first and top floors, as we had a higher building height on these floors.
For floors 2–4, we delivered our 3000N12 system due to the low building height. This system can be built as low as 30 mm above the concrete slab.
In total, we delivered Granab to 46 apartments.
