Our process

Granab strives to be a reliable partner and therefore wishes to be a sounding board throughout the planning and building process. Since the Granab systems are customised with many customisation options, it’s advisable to involve Granab at an early stage of the planning process.

  • 01

    First meeting

    A salesperson presents Granab and the possibilities of the Granab systems and how they are installed. The representative also shows reference projects similar to the current project.
  • 02

    Preliminary design

    During the pre-planning phase, we discuss your needs and the conditions of the project. We ask for a floor plan in dwg format (or sketch for smaller projects) to be able to design Granab.
  • 03

    Review and quotation

    Once the preliminary design has been reviewed and approved, a quote is sent. If both parties are satisfied, the quote is signed, and the remaining design work can start.
  • 04

    Project design

    Granabs designers draw the remaining area where Granab will be installed and adapt the system according to the agreements made during the preliminary design.
  • 05

    Total price and delivery schedule

    When the design is done, Granab presents the actual area of the project, which is also the basis for invoicing. The material is scheduled for production after the customer confirms the delivery date.

    Logistics

    The material is delivered on the agreed delivery date, and the pallets are labelled according to the previously agreed designation.

    Feedback

    Granab values relationships and is always reachable and takes the time to feedback to our customers to ensure that the Granab system has worked as expected.

Environmental certification

Granab works actively to reduce environmental impact and has certifications that confirm our commitment to sustainability. All our subfloor systems have Environmentally Product Declarations (EPD).
