Kristineberg Kv 1 & Kv 6
New construction of apartment building
In 2025, Granab will have the privilege of supplying subfloor systems to five apartment buildings in Kristineberg Kv 1 & Kv 6, as well as Kristineberg Kv 2, which comprises three buildings.
For these buildings, Granab has designed the 7000N12 system, which is a suitable system in combination with a concrete hollow core slab floor structure. For lighter floor structures, such as CLT floor structures, 25 mm Sylodyn damping elements are usually designed to meet sound requirements. Whereas in concrete structures, 12 mm Sylodyn is often sufficient.
The collaboration with CustomBygg AB has worked really well and we have been very pleased with their professional and friendly service.
Granab Subfloor system has enabled us to streamline our production time in projects. At the same time, we meet sound requirements, minimise the use of concrete – which reduces the climate impact of projects – and achieve a flexible solution where installations can be easily concealed under the floor.
